Angie Rider is a 200 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She fell in love with yoga when it brought balance to her life during a challenging time. Angela realized that the bonds of working and growing together in a group can bring profound transformation.
She became certified in Hatha Yoga in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. Angela strives to create a loving, non-judgmental, peaceful class where communication is key. She thoroughly enjoys teaching Hatha and Vinyasa to all levels.
