Becca King

Becca has been involved with movement since she was a kid.

It all started with ballet and
gymnastics and transformed into high school track and cross--country.

Yoga happened by
accident in a gym and she fell in love.

Becca has been teaching yoga since 2012 where her introduction came through Living Yoga’s Trauma informed teacher training.

Becca taught at Depaul treatment Youth, Edwards School and Volunteers of America.

Angelina Vasile introduced her to Forrest Yoga, where she experienced her own healing from an eating disorder and PTSD.

Becca completed her 225 hr training with Ana Forrest at Yoga Tree in 2013,
followed by a year long mentorship with Brian Campbell.

Becca continues yearly education with
Forrest Yoga Guardians Jambo Truong and Brian Campbell.

She currently teaches full time at
Providence Hospital wellness programs.

Becca’s background in teaching specialized populations helps her excel at modifications and safe alignment.

She loves helping others empower themselves beyond self-conceived
limitations.
