A 200 hour RYT; Kris is a true believer in self-growth. Her dedication to her practice and teachings is strong and steady.
Yoga has brought her closer to her truest and best version of herself; and this will always continue to evolve. Her hope is to give back to the community and to share yogic paths with one another through compassion and positivity.
Kris's style is a grounded, mindful vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis in alignment and anatomy. She is also playful and loves to have fun!
Her classes are directly inspired by Hatha and Iyengar yoga as well as yoga therapeutics. She also loves teaching Restorative Yoga.
After Kris finished her 200-hour training in Chicago, she has continued training under Annie Carpenter (SmartFLOW), Tiffany Cruikshank (Yoga Medicine) and studying at the Functional Anatomy Academy (formerly Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers).
Her major inspirations include Diana Oppenheim, Jason Crandell, Kathryn Budig, and many others.
