Natascha has been teaching yoga since 2009 and believes it is a personal practice that meets you where you’re at.
After years of chronic stress and burnout, Natascha found yoga to be what brought her back to herself and has since focused on sharing the benefits with others. She strives to create a welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere that encourages self-awareness and self-exploration.
Her personal mission is to empower her students in improving their overall well-being, finding balance and creating space for nourishing self-care. In her classes, she enjoys incorporating breath-centered movement and Ayurvedic wisdom as well as creative exploration of all layers of being –physical, mental, energetic, and emotional.
