Private Yoga Sessions give you the opportunity to experience yoga designed for your body, by assessing & treating limitations, and working towards your goal.

Private Yoga has many benefits ~ by teaching you the self care tools to fix your limitations, move out of pain, create a safe practice, master the postures, & ultimately guides you to a better understanding of yoga.

PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY with Lauren Eisenberg Wallace

  • Designed for individual or small groups – usually one to two students at a time.

  • Private sessions provide the tools needed to address any questions or concerns regarding your yoga practice.

  • For students dealing with injuries, whether acute or chronic, we will work together to find new pathways to heal the body.

  • For students who want to establish a home practice, we will work together to create a practice that is sustainable and tailored specifically to meet the student where they are at.

  • Great for brand new yoga students who are anxious about a group class, yet want to learn from a yoga instructor, and gain the tools to be comfortable in a yoga class.

  • Wonderful for the seasoned yogi who wants one-on-one time to work together, refining their already established yoga practice.

Whatever the reason, a private session is a great tool for all students ~ a truly wonderful learning experience, in a stress free environment.
