For students dealing with injuries, whether acute or chronic, we will work together to find new pathways to heal the body.
For students who want to establish a home practice, we will work together to create a practice that is sustainable and tailored specifically to meet the student where they are at.
Great for brand new yoga students who are anxious about a group class, yet want to learn from a yoga instructor, and gain the tools to be comfortable in a yoga class.
