This will be a cell free retreat - we ask that you keep your cell phone on airplane mode if you are wanting to take pictures; otherwise please leave your cell phone/cell watches with your personal belongs and be mindful of checking your phone in non-common areas. Common areas are cell free zones (including wearing watches that are mini cell phones) Namaste.

A Notebook or Journal

Your yoga mat and any favorite props

A pillow

*any special snacks or beverages (meat is ok); please do not bring alcohol.

*There will be mats, and props provided for practice.
